Xiaomi wants to bring its most stylish smartwatch to Europe, a leaker claims. The Xiaomi Watch S1 should go on sale in Europe in two variants. The smartwatch is already available in China – but one important detail could deter buyers.
Xiaomi Watch S1 (Active) before Europe launch?
A leaker claims to have learned that Xiaomi has released its Also offer high-end smartwatch in Europe would like. The Xiaomi Watch S1 (Active) was presented in China at the end of 2021. The internal storage capacity is 4 GB. The watch’s battery has a capacity of 470 mAh and can be recharged wirelessly. According to Xiaomi, the Watch S1 “up to 288 hours” keep up.
However, Smartwatch customers have to do without Wear OS. Instead, the manufacturer opted for a own operating system decided (MIUI Watch OS). Previously, there was hope that Xiaomi could opt for Wear OS, at least for the international version. Amazon’s Alexa, on the other hand, is directly integrated.

Xiaomi itself has not yet commented on a release outside of China. It is speculated that the slightly weaker Active version in Europe for about 200 euros is offered. The Xiaomi Watch S1 is more likely to cost 250 euros.
