Xiaomi continues to develop its range dedicated to urban mobility with two new electric scooters: the Electric Scooter 4 Pro and Lite. Representing themselves as the second generation of models launched in 2022, they feature various improvements. And pleasant surprise, the price also drops!
After presenting the Electric Scooter Ultra in February 2023, its high-end electric scooter equipped with a double suspension system, we were waiting to know the rest of Xiaomi’s plans in the urban mobility market.
It’s now done. Indeed, the manufacturer intends to give a second lease of life to the Electric Scooter 4 Pro and Lite, two models launched in 2022 and 2023 respectively. On its official global website, Xiaomi has just added the product pages for the second generation Electric Scooter 4 Pro and Lite. As you might expect, the Chinese brand has made sure to improve the formula of its two-wheelers.

The Electric Scooter 4 Pro and Lite get a makeover
Concerning the Pro model, we can summarize the improvements made as follows: more power and more autonomy. Thus, the nominal power gained 50 W to go to 400W against 350 on the first version. By extension, the maximum rise angle also climbs to reach the 22°. Users will also be able to have a slightly greater range of action: between 55 and 60 km autonomy with a full charge. New equipment is also included, such as turn signals on the handlebars and an automatically activated headlight.
As for the Electric Scooter 4 Lite, it also benefits from some welcome tweaks. Thus, if the power remains unchanged (namely 300 W), the autonomy increases significantly from 20 to 25 km. The tilt angle gains 1 degree to reach the 15 degrees.
After the technical sheet, time for the prices
Note that this technical information has already been known for some time. On the other hand, the prices were still pending. However, the renowned leaker has just share the prices of the two scooters in the columns of the Dealabs site. Thus and according to the insider’s sources, the second generation Electric Scooter 4 Pro and Lite will be significantly more accessible than their predecessors. - Electric Scooter 4 Lite 2nd Gen: 299 euros
Casually, it is a significant price reduction compared to the first generation. In fact, the 4 Pro therefore loses €250. As for the 4 Lite, its price drops by around a hundred euros. Good news for users. Regarding the release date, however, you will have to continue to be patient.
