(CercleFinance.com) – Amundi, acting on behalf of the BFT Investment Manager fund which it manages, declared that it crossed downwards, on June 1, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company Xilam Animation and holds, for account of said fund, 242,792 Xilam Animation shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 4.94% of the capital and 3.57% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from a sale of Xilam Animation shares on the market.
