On January 17, the former dance teacher of the star Academy posted a message on Instagram, clearly designating a former member of the team of Popstars : Bruno Vandelli. In his story, he wrote: “I’ll take care of you soon. Get ready. I’m BIG now, I’m not 14 anymore. And I swear on my life that there will be no more.” A message which did not fail to provoke a reaction, in reference to an event which allegedly happened several years ago, and for which Yanis Marshall had decided to file a complaint. In fact, he reveals having been the victim of sexual assault when he was still a teenager. Accusations to which the principal concerned decided to react on January 19 on social networks.

In his message published on Facebook, Bruno Vandelli denounces a “masquerade“, as well as the media tribunal of which he considers himself a victim: “Today we are lawyers, judges, executioners on social networks without any discernment nor real knowledge, you must give yourself your moment of glory and perfection by pointing out others or by advertising yourself.” He announces that he has taken the necessary measures to put an end to this campaign which, for him, “made to look like a monster“. He therefore calls for respect for the presumption of innocence, until justice has ruled on this case.

In an audio message shared on Instagram, Yanis Marshall spoke to Bruno Vandelli, sharing his life for twenty years. A life “screwed up” by the former member of the jury of Popstars. He also announces that not everything will go unpunished, because he is not the only victim, and that this is necessary for him to pay for the acts he committed: “You can file a defamation complaint whenever you want.. We all talk about you among ourselves. The list is too long and that’s actually enough. Good luck, get ready because I will be merciless and you really need to know that.” According to Yanis Marshall’s revelations, at least twelve boys are affected.
