Nobody can refuse a liqueur in honor. And certainly not those here. Just like grandma did with her girls. But instead of egg liqueur, we are completely into Nutella, Duplo, Raffaello and children's chocolate liqueurs. And you can easily do it yourself when the kids are not looking.

Nutella liqueur

You need this:

  • 2 vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 tbsp coffee powder, instant
  • 0.7 liters of rum, brown, 40%
  • 400 g Nutella
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 400 ml whipped cream

That's how it's done:

  1. Slit open the vanilla pods and scrape out the pulp.
  2. Dissolve coffee powder in 1 tablespoon of hot water, mix with rum, vanilla pulp, Nutella and powdered sugar, ideally in a blender or carefully with a hand mixer
  3. Chill overnight
  4. The next day whip the cream until it is semi-stiff and stir in
  5. Fill into bottles, close tightly and refrigerate.

Duplo liqueur

You need this:

  • 6 pieces Duplo bars
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 350 g milk
  • 150 g of cream
  • 140 g vodka

That's how it's done:

  1. Finely chop the Duplo bar in a blender or with a rolling pin.
  2. Then add sugar and 200 g milk and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add the rest of the milk (150 g), cream and vodka and bring to the boil for another 3 minutes.
  4. Fill and let cool down a bit.
  5. Off to the fridge.

Toffifee liqueur

  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 15 pcs. Toffifee
  • 200 ml of vodka

That's how it's done:

  1. Mix the sugar and egg and heat in a small saucepan while stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add milk, cream, vanilla paste and toffifee.
  3. Simmer while stirring until the toffifees have dissolved (approx. 20 min.).
  4. Puree everything.
  5. Add vodka.
  6. Let the liqueur run through a sieve and fill into bottles.

Mozartkugel liqueur
