#Dubistnichtallein – YES! CON will take place for the second time in Berlin on September 18 and 19, 2021. Under the patronage of the Federal Minister of Health Jens Spahn, the weekend aims to encourage and educate people around the topic of cancer. Take part in exciting lectures and goose bumps moments here in the livestream.
In addition to those affected, relatives and influencers, the participants include well-known people from the fields of medicine, research and politics. Among the 120 speakers are guests such as Stefanie Giesinger, Joko Winterscheidt and Dr. Ursula von der Leyen.

yeswecan! cer – cancer shouldn’t be a taboo subject
Every second person in Germany will develop cancer at some point in their life. Despite the frequency of the disease, the diagnosis is often still a taboo subject. That should change! The cancer convention was brought into being by the organization yeswecan! Cer. Their goal: to promote the approach to cancer in the population free of fear. Creating authentic, open communication and awareness – in addition to the convention, the YES! APP, which has been supporting those affected and their families since 2019, should help.
YES! CON 2021: Exciting topics and new formats
How does dating work with cancer? Palliative medicine – reason to panic? Why don’t men talk about cancer? The encouragement event of Germany’s largest digital self-help group yeswecan! Cer is going into the second round.
In addition to exciting lectures and insights into the future of cancer medicine, all discussion rounds, workshops, experience reports and hands-on activities will be broadcast live and free of charge on the Internet. Even after that, the entire weekend can still be accessed in the media library on the yescon.org platform. In one-on-ones, topics such as cancer in times of the corona pandemic are discussed. The new “Tiger App”, which was developed together with doctors from the Charité in Berlin for children with cancer, will also be presented.
