The new season of Love is in the meadow has just started, a season where many new farmers hope to find love, including Jean-Paul, a 64-year-old grain farmer. The man who passed the test of speed-dating rubbed shoulders with a contender who was a little too enterprising. A sequence shared by our colleagues from Télé-Loisirs and which must be broadcast this Monday, August 28. Spoilers!
The eighteenth season of Love is in the meadow began this Monday August 21 on M6, a new season whose portraits of the fourteen new participants were unveiled last February. Yet at the launch last week viewers were able to see only eleven farmers. Indeed, no less than three candidates left the program between the portraits and the launch of the show, Baptiste, who finally returned to his ex-girlfriend, and finally Charles and David who did not find shoe at their feet in the opening of the mails received.
Fortunately, some of the farmers who had moved the viewers as well as the presenter Karine Le Marchand, like Jean-Paul are still part of the adventure. After having opened the letters of his suitors, this 64-year-old cereal farmer rubbed shoulders with speed-dating in order to choose the two suitors who will follow him home. A test that was not easy for the farmer who finally chose those who will follow him on his farm. Indeed, he had to face a contender, Maria, quite enterprising. Our colleagues from Tele-Leisure had access to an unpublished sequence which will be broadcast this Monday, August 28 on M6.

Jean-Paul embarrassed by one of his suitors
In the next episode, Love is in the meadow, we will see the arrival of Maria, one of Jean-Paul’s contenders, on his farm. An arrival that will clearly disconcert our farmer. Indeed, upon her arrival, the candidate will have a gesture of affection for the somewhat premature farmer. Very proud, Maria presents herself in front of Jean-Paul with a gift: a personalized t-shirt on which is written “I love Jean-Paul“.
A surprise that obviously was not received as she would have liked. The embarrassed 64-year-old farmer replied somewhat embarrassed: “Well no, already, you are going too fast Maria“. It was then in a private interview that the contender expressed her annoyance: “The t-shirt, it made him neither hot nor cold, maybe he’s not used to being flattered like that, maybe he’s also afraid that I’m going a little quickly“. It remains to be seen whether the situation will ease between the two candidates.
