You Can Now Pay With Bitcoin In This African Country (Podcast)

After El Salvador, another country is now introducing Bitcoin as a legal means of payment. We’re talking about the Central African Republic. The country’s parliament unanimously passed a corresponding law on April 26. It is unclear whether BTC, like in El Salvador, will become legal tender with compulsory acceptance for companies. In the meantime, however, the country’s President, Faustin-Archange Touadéra, has also spoken out. On Twitter he wrote:
