you can now remove bloatware from all versions of the OS, here’s how

Tiny11, the version of Windows 11 without the default applications, is today entitled to a major development. Tiny11 Builder is a new script that allows users to install any version of Windows 11 they want without any bloatware. Here’s how it works.

Microsoft Edge, Office… In theory, it is impossible to uninstall certain applications from Windows 11. But in practice, there are tools to get rid of this software, also called bloatware. If you have already tried to remove these from your OS, you have certainly heard of Tiny11, a project from developer NTDEV, which actually consists of a lighter version of Windows 11.

Tiny11 is extremely practical and allows you to free yourself from many of the constraints of Windows, but so far it has a major limitation: it only allows you to install a specific version of the operating system. Therefore, you must wait for the developer to deploy said version within Tiny11 to benefit from the associated functionality. A problem which now has its solution, called Tiny11 Builder.

Tiny11 Builder allows you to install any version of Windows 11

Rather than a system image to install, Tiny11 Builder is a script to run. The latter will actually act directly on the Windows system image that you have downloaded to “alter” it so as to remove all the applications of your choice. This is great news, since it allows users to install the version of Windows 11 they want, whether it’s the Home or Pro edition or even the ARM version.

That is, Tiny11 Builder creates installation media rather than a disk image, the same way as if you were creating a bootable USB drive. By installing Windows 11 using the tool, you will be able to remove a lot of bloatware. Here is the full list:

Suffice to say that you will free up a lot of storage space on your hard drive or your SSD, normally allocated to Windows 11. Practical when you want to keep many large files on your PC, or you have a lot of games installed for example. In addition, Tiny11 also allows you to bypass the requirement to create a Microsoft account.
