Thanks to an update to the SNCF Connect platform, it will be possible to do this online from the beginning of May.
Holiday vouchers in paper format will always be used in branches. But if you want to use them on the Internet, you will have to go to the site of the ANCV (National Agency for Vacation Checks) to dematerialize them, explained the SNCF. Indeed, the ANCV has just given its agreement to make this online payment possible. Because as specified by the SNCF, it did not depend on a technical limit.

But this is not the only novelty that users will be able to discover. By the beginning of May, they will also be able to filter direct journeys from journeys with connections, or even benefit from an alternative to the dark mode display imposed so far by default.

The SNCF Connect platform took over from OUI.sncf on 25 January 2022. A transition that caused numerous malfunctions deplored by users. As Anne Pruvot, Managing Director of SNCF Connect & Tech, explained to our colleagues from things, 150 fixes have already been made since the beginning of the year. And it’s not over.
