- To give birth to the yeti of Abominable, the director was inspired by the very large dogs with which she grew up. “They are hunting dogs most of the time, but they are like fat children, drooling, clumsy and filthy”she says.
- Abominable is produced by Pearl Studio, a Chinese-American production company founded in 2012 by DreamWorks. The company seeks to promote Chinese culture around the world and ensures that international productions resonate in China.
