While Gamescom is in full swing, the German manufacturer Cherry is announcing a new particularly fast wireless gaming keyboard.
On the program: a latency of 1 ms and mechanical switches “ Ultra Low Profile for better performance.
A mobile and fast wireless keyboard
Mainly cut for competitive mobile players, this new keyboard intends to offer performance that does not have to be ashamed of wired keyboards. To do this, Cherry integrates Bluetooth Low-Latency technology to reduce latency to 1 ms.
A goal that can also be found on the side of mechanical switches called Cherry MX Ultra Low Profile. With a thickness of 3.5 mm and made of stainless steel, they combine efficiency and robustness in this keyboard for mobile gamers. Note that Cherry also plans to integrate these switches on gaming laptops.
In terms of design, this new keyboard is particularly thick and includes a numeric keypad. Everything benefits from RGB lighting in several areas in order to color it as we see fit.
Unfortunately, Cherry only teased this new keyboard, without specifying the price or the date of availability.
