You don’t have to pay anything exemption from your residence tax and the abolition of the public audiovisual contribution this year (for an amount of 138 in mainland France and 88 in the overseas departments). Little information to find in this tax notice, apart from the fact that you have no anticipated payment for mid-November.
The General Directorate of Public Finance (DGFiP) had announced that the first notices of housing tax 2022 would be posted online from September 28, for all non-monthly households. In fact, as MoneyVox has seen, the first opinions are already online in the private spaces on impots.gouv.fr, in the documents section. The opinion is exceptionally titled Housing tax for 2022 (total exemption) Public audiovisual contribution for 2022 (cancelled)on which the sum to be paid indicates exceptionally 0.00.

For those who remain subject to housing tax, for the last year on principal residences, payment must be made by November 15, a period of a few days (until November 20) being as always possible for payments made online. In their case, the notice is titled Housing tax for 2022 – Public audiovisual contribution for 2022 (deleted).

For monthly taxpayers (for the TV license fee and/or the housing tax), the notices will be posted online from October 19. In case of option for the reception of the paper noticethe distribution of council tax notices is carried out by the Post Office in October, specifies the DGFiP on its site. Finally, a second salvo of notices is sent each year with a one-month lag: some taxpayers will therefore receive an email notifying them of the posting of their notice on November 7 or November 18, for a payment deadline of November 15 November concerning them.
