Earlier in the day, Konami unveiled his line up for the Tokyo Game Show 2022. Among the games listed, we obviously find various productions Yu Gi Oh! whose episode free-to-play intended solely for mobiles, Cross Duel. After a soft launch wild earlier this summer without communication and the launch of pre-registrations, we thought the Japanese show would be the perfect opportunity to announce a release date. Well not at all, since the publisher is taking the lead and unveiling it now.
Yu Gi Oh! Cross Duel will therefore be released worldwide on Tuesday, September 6 on iOS and Android via theApp Store and Google Play. Yes, it’s next week. Unlike more classic games that offer Master Duels, Speed Duels Where Rush DuelsThose are 4-player battles awaiting us, way Battle Royalein co-op against a boss and even solo against the AI. The first seven series will make an appearance there, even SEVENS and its cards with a different design, with rules created for the occasion and a 3D recreation of all the playable monsters!
A previous trailer released at the beginning of the month can be seen below to fully understand the principle in action and the features of the game. Yes, Konami is naughty showing the Dark Magician talking about 3D and then doing a close-up while changing the angle of view. If you watch the original anime version, you will also notice that the boxes indicating the attack and defense during the summoning take up the style of the different series.
