Yu Gi Oh! Master Duel offers a surprise release, the free-to-play is out today

Recently, we were able to try Yu Gi Oh! Master Dueling to see if this free-to-play had the qualities required to be the most complete adaptation of the famous card game. And there was plenty to be excited about, even if questions around its business model remained. Questions that can very quickly find an answer, since without warning, Konami comes to release the game on all consoles and PC.

Update: The servers are now open.

Duel time is now

The publisher therefore announced the surprise release today of Yu Gi Oh! Master Dueling, which is now available for free on PC via Steam, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch. No news regarding the mobile version at the moment.

However, it would seem that not all the servers are ready at the time of writing, as evidenced by our homemade capture on Steam, but everything should logically open during the day.

As a reminder, the title offers nearly 10,000 cards to collect, with a solo mode to learn the rules of the game, before embarking on duels. If you want to know more about Yu Gi Oh! Master Dueling, be sure to check out our latest preview.
