Yu Gi Oh! RUSH DUEL: Dawn of the Battle Royale!! Let’s Go! Go Rush!! announced for Switch in Japan

This Sunday was Jump Victory Carnival at Makuhari Messe near Tokyo in Japan. On this occasion, Konami took the opportunity to make an announcement regarding the license Yu Gi Oh! in video games, despite the fact that its creator Kazuki Takahashi recently passed away. It is duringa presentation on stage we learned thata new Switch game will be released in the coming monthswith simply its logo shown at 35:07, with the ad later being picked up on Twitter.

His name in Japanese is Yu Gi Oh! Rush Duel Saikyo Battle Royale Ikuzo! Go Rush!! (the longer it is…) and it therefore partly takes up the title of its predecessor called by us Yu Gi Oh! RUSH DUEL: Dawn of the Battle Royale!!which should give Yu Gi Oh! RUSH DUEL: Dawn of the Battle Royale!! Let’s Go! Go Rush!! if it too comes to be located internationally. The first not having been entitled to the updates of the Japanese version, there is reason to doubt… As its name suggests, it will therefore include content from the still recent series Yu Gi Oh! Go Rush!! with its theme of extraterrestrials and will again give pride of place to the format of the Rush Duel. Nothing more was said during the presentation, but a few pieces of scans of the last V-Jump teach us thatit will be possible to face Yudias, Yuhi and Yuamunamely the three main characters of the current anime.

Yu Gi Oh! RUSH DUEL: Dawn of the Battle Royale!! Let’s Go! Go Rush!! is planned for this winter and future issues of the magazine will introduce us more to the game. In short, wait and see.
