Zalando shows how important it is to make fashion for EVERYONE
The fashion industry often sees itself as a pioneer, but is definitely backward when it comes to inclusion. Sizes from S to XL are mostly standard, which excludes many body shapes. Little has happened so far in the area of adaptive fashion, clothes that are tailored to the needs of people with disabilities. Zalando wants to close this gap and offer an inclusive assortment and shopping experience for underrepresented groups by 2025.
Zalando’s adaptive collections are designed to be easier to use for people with permanent or temporary disabilities.

In order to get closer to its goal, the fashion company initially started with its own brands Zign, Pier One, Anna Field, Yourturn and Even&Odd. The new adaptive range includes 140 styles and is available from today. There will also be a “TommyHilfiger Adaptive” collection in nine markets, including Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and Switzerland. On the way to more inclusion, Zalando is working with the creative agency All is for All, the brands are involved helps to be truly inclusive and accessible to people with disabilities.

Princess Kate conquers TikTok – with her style

Two socks, one goal: These socks stand for more justice

Their goal: more gender equality and tolerance. The motto: “Stand up for Equality”. This is exactly what adorns the limited socks that Armedangels is releasing in cooperation with UN Women. 100% of the proceeds go to HeForShe.

The HeForShe movement calls on people of all genders to join activism for equality between women and girls. For far too long this has been regarded as a purely “women’s affair”. HeForShe should also invite cis men to take a stand against discrimination and violence in all forms. That makes shopping even more fun!

French Pin Bun: This bun is not only beautiful, but also very easy to make
When it comes to elegant hairstyles, we like to look over to our French neighbors, because they always have special styles to discover. This also includes the French pin bun, which is currently very trendy. And not without reason: the style is chic and quick to make. So when time is short in the morning, this bun is the perfect alternative to a simple ponytail.
