  • There are four different temples in The Legend of Zelda – Tears of the Kingdom.
  • You can complete these in any order.
  • We recommend the order wind, water, thunder and fire.

In The Legend of Zelda – Tears of the Kingdom you walk through an open world. You are not tied to any order and can therefore also find the master sword without a corresponding quest.

However, there is a certain order in the temples that you should follow. Not because the game says so, but because it makes things easier for you. Because the Temple of Thunder is much more complex than the Temple of Wind.

Since the wind temple is quite easy to complete and you usually already have chillies and winterproof clothing from the tutorial, it makes sense for you to visit this temple first.

The water temple, on the other hand, appears a little more complex. In return, the boss is designed in a simpler way in this case, because he does not receive any additional attacks in phase 2.

Fire and thunder at the end

Only after these two temples should you make your way to the Thunder Temple. This temple combines two mechanics that you have already seen in a similar way with wind and water. Watch out for the hurricanes and engage your surroundings in the fight by standing in the cones of light.

As the last temple, we recommend the Fire Temple. For this you first have to climb or slide on a volcano. You therefore need more than just a ring of stamina. In addition, the way there leads you through the underground. If you come into contact with miasma there, you lose hearts, which you can only heal again with sunlight.

Accordingly, you not only need a comparatively large amount of stamina for the fire temple, but also enough heart containers or food to protect against miasma.
