Zell/See and Thalgau – pedestrians knocked down and injured by cars

In Zell am See, a 40-year-old driver overlooked a pedestrian (87) on Tuesday. In Thalgau, a 55-year-old woman from Flachgau was hit by a car.

In Pinzgau, a woman (87) wanted to cross the road, the driver (40) overlooked the lady. The driver of the car was no longer able to avoid it and was therefore unable to prevent a collision. The 87-year-old was knocked to the ground by the vehicle. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance with injuries. The driver of the vehicle was uninjured. An alcohol test was negative. In Thalgau (Flachgau), a 55-year-old woman wanted to cross the street. According to his own statements, the driver of the car overlooked the pedestrian and was unable to brake in time. The woman from Flachgau was knocked to the ground by the accident and suffered injuries of an unspecified degree. After first aid, the 55-year-old was taken to the hospital by rescue helicopter. An alcohol test carried out on the driver was negative.
