Last May, the creators of Genshin Impact (miYoHo / HoYoverse) unveiled a first trailer for their next game, Zenless Zone Zero. Since then, the title regularly returns to the heart of the news. And this, all the more recently, since a closed beta of Zenless Zone Zero has been available since August 5.
Thus, many players were able to discover Zenless Zone Zero this weekend. Moreover, since the launch of the beta, many gameplay videos have been shared on YouTube, including that of The Game Club channel. This allows us to have a long and beautiful overview of Zenless Zone Zero.
Thus, the title has game mechanics quite similar to Genshin Impact, but is not content to be a pale copy. Indeed, Zenless Zone Zero does not offer a large and open world, but rather different zones. In some of them, accessible through televisions, we will have to face many enemies, like in a roguelike or a dungeon crawler. Moreover, the soft should propose a difficulty which wants to be progressive. Fortunately, in the event of death, players will be able to keep previously unlocked upgrades. Moreover, this video allows us to see that the developers of the game have decided to adopt a rather visual novel aspect for the dialogues, punctuating the adventure.
As a reminder, the story of Zenless Zone Zero takes place in a futuristic world, and more precisely in the city named New Eridu. Players will embody a Proxy, accompanied by various characters, who must protect the population by going in particular to dimensional faults, called Hollows, inhabited by different creatures.
Zenless Zone Zero should be released on PC and smartphones. The HoYoverse studio also clarified that the software will arrive on other gaming platforms, without indicating which ones. No window or release date for the title is known at this time.
