The 2022 edition of ZEvent is in full swing and this past September 10 was broadcast live the highly anticipated Questions for a streamer. The program, usually hosted by Stars, is similar to the television program Questions for a championpresented by Samuel Etienne. This time, the streamer was not alone because he was accompanied by Alain Chabat for this crazy edition!
The rules of Questions for a streamer
In this hybrid version between Questions for a champion and Burger Quizzvarious formats follow one another:
The first team to reach ten points qualifies for the next round. The questions asked can be worthy of the show Question for a champion (general culture) or Burger Quiz (totally crazy) and earn between 1 and 3 points.
The pairs choose a theme, which the questions asked relate to. Two answers in a row are equal to 2 points, 3 in a row to 3 points and so on up to 4.
Made up of face-to-face questions but also a salt or pepper Burger Quiz. Streamers should divide affirmations into one theme (salt) or another (pepper), or both. The final confrontation will oppose the qualified duo to the winners of the previous edition.
But viewers also have a role to play because they can give to the team of their choice a joker. Each duo has its own donation bar and when the latter reaches the 5000€, streamers can summon a wildcard. As soon as one of these is used, the player duo can choose a participant in the ZEvent, who will have to compete against the Burger of Death. Alain Chabat asks various questions to the chosen streamer, and the latter must wait for the presenter/actor to finish before answering all the questions in order.
- Mini Death Burger: 5 questions → 2 points.
- Burger of Death: 7 questions → 3 points.
1st and 2nd round: 10 winning points
Each round pitted four streamer duos against each other. During the first round, they faced each other:
- ZeratoR & Dach
- Mister MV & Jiraiya
- Rivenzi & Chow1
- Horty & Baghera
After using their Joker on Ava Mind, Horty & Baghera qualified with flying colors but also alongside Rivenzi & Chow1, who led the heat. The second round opposed:
- Mynthos & Angledroit
- LittleBigWhale & Doigby
- Jbzz & MoMaN
- Xari & Domingo
Mynthos and AngleDroit qualified first, followed by Xari and Domingo who achieved a comeback more than impressive.
3rd and 4th round: Four in a row and final
During an explosive 4 in a row, Angle Droit and Mynthos qualified for the final thanks to a theme Asterix and Obelix: Mission Cleopatra. Then, following a theme ZEvent almost perfectly done, Xari and Domingo joined the duo final face to face.
Streamer duo Xari and Domingo shone in the head-to-head qualifying for the next stage: the final confrontation against the winners of the previous edition of Questions for a streamerPonce and Antoine Daniel.
At the end of this very special edition of Questions for a streamer, it was Ponce and Antoine Daniel who lifted the magnificent trophy of the event. For the second time in a row, the duo won this mental confrontation.
In addition to a magnificent trophy, the two streamers were treated to a giant burger and above all very appetizing, which they tasted alongside their hosts: Etoiles and Alain Chabat!
