This Sunday March 20, Zinédine Zidane celebrated the 50th birthday of his wife, Véronique. A very special day that the former footballer, but also his sons, wanted to celebrate on social networks, without forgetting to have a moved thought for Farid, the brother of the 98 world champion, who died a few years ago.

A symbolic anniversary. For more than 30 years, Zinedine Zidane make perfect love with Speedwell, whom he married in 1994. Together, the couple had four boys who all chose to follow the same path as the legendary former number 10 of the French football team. A close-knit family that does not hesitate to meet regularly for special occasions. And this Sunday March 20 was one because Véronique Zidane celebrated its 50th birthday. An important date on which her husband and sons wished to pay tribute on social networks.

Thus, on his Instagram account, Zinédine Zidane published a beautiful photo of him with his wife, in a restaurant. A tender snapshot to which the former footballer added a nice message: “Happy Birthday my heart”. For their part, the couple’s children also wanted to celebrate this special day. “Happy birthday my dear mom. I love you very much”wrote Enzothe eldest son, captioned a photo with his mother and brother Luke, who also posted a message on his own account: “Happy birthday to the best of moms I love you very much”.

The beautiful tribute to Farid, the brother of Zinédine Zidane

Despite this beautiful day, the Zidane family has not forgotten another member of the clan: Farid, Zinedine’s brother, passed away in July 2019 after a long illness. In their respective stories, Zizou’s sons wanted to pay a nice tribute to their uncle. “We miss you my uncle. I love you very much”, wrote Enzo in the caption of a photo of Farid with his mother. Luca, for his part, chose a photo of the whole family surrounding Zinedine’s older brother. A snapshot accompanied by these few words: “We miss you my uncle, we think about you a lot”.
