By mistake, dozens of patients in France were “vaccinated” with saline solution instead of the corona vaccine from Biontech / Pfizer. A total of 140 patients had received the ineffective injection, said the Reims hospital in the north-east of the country on Saturday.

Although this has no health consequences for those affected, they now have to start the vaccination again. Saline solution is used, among other things, as a diluent for injections.
