A PER managed by Suravenir
For any first subscription to the Suravenir PER contract carried out until January 30, 2024it is possible to perceive a welcome bonus in the amount of 200 euros. Assurancevie.com allows the subscriber to choose the management method that best suits them according to their profile. On the other hand, the broker conditions the premium on the initial payment of at least 2000 euros on the contract. When the management method chosen is pilot management, the entire investment must be made in unit-of-account assets. In the case of free management, this amount must be invested at least 50% in UC.
OPEN A SURAVENIR PER CONTRACT
If the contract holder opts for horizon management, the 200 euros will be transferred to his current account within 60 days after the waiver period possible of the contract. If he chooses free management, the sum will be paid into a UC chosen by the saver, or by default into FR0000989899 ODDO BHF Avenir CR-EUR.
The Suravenir PER contract can be managed 100% online. It provides access to nearly 360 supports in units of account (including 59 trackers, 5 OPCI, 8 SC/SCI and 14 SCPI) and a euro fund (Suravenir Rendement PER). Regarding fees, they are rather attractive since there are no entry, arbitrage or payout fees. The annual management fees are set at 0.60% for the UC and 0.80% for the Euro fund. Concerning the return of the fund in euros, it returned 2.10% in 2022. Free payments are possible from 1000 euros, as well as scheduled payments, from 100 euros per month (or 300 euros per quarter, 600 euros per semester or 1000 euros per year).

Another option is possible for new members: Evolution PER. This contract, insured by Abeille Retraite Professionnelle, is also eligible for the bonus of 200 euros. However, this time the offer is only valid until January 3, 2024. For this product, the online broker requires the holder to make an initial payment of 2000 euros minimumor that it sets up scheduled payments of 150 euros per month minimum in evolutionary management, regardless of the management orientation chosen (Prudent Retirement Horizon, balanced Retirement Horizon or Dynamic Retirement Horizon).
OPEN AN EVOLUTION PER CONTRACT
The number of units of account is more limited for this contract than for the Suravenir PER. It provides access to nearly 140 CU including 3 real estate supports, and a fund in euros relating 1.76% in 2022 (the Euro Abeille RP Retirement Guarantee Fund). It is possible to choose between two management modes (free and flexible), which can be combined with each other. like the first contract mentioned, the Evolution PER fees are reduced: there is no invoicing on payments and arbitrations, the management fees are set at 0.60%, both for the CUs and the euro funds. Regarding payments made on the contract, they can be one-off with a minimum of 500 euros, or scheduled for a minimum of 50 euros.
