Deathloop has only been available for a few months. And the fact that it is already in the sales bin does not mean that it is a bad game. Quite the contrary: developed by the French studio Arkane, it is not far from being voted game of the year at the last The Game Awards (it was one of the big favorites). It takes the form of an investigation – fueled by a time loop – both brilliant and intelligent. So much so that the action part quickly appears behind in the face of the giant puzzle that the players must solve.
Resident Evil Village (PS5) – € 27.99
Another game launched in 2021 which is well worth the detour. Yes Resident Evil Village sometimes struggles to hang up the cars with the star saga of Capcom, we have to admit that it remains a captivating horror experience (and freaking for the most fearful and fearful). Beautiful as a devil (on the latest generation consoles), survival horror in first person view is incredibly effective. As a bonus, he reserves some high-flying moments (especially with the big lady visible on the capture above).
Hades (PS5, PS4, Xbox) – € 15.99
You still haven’t played Hades ?! But what are you waiting for! Artistic slap, a benchmark in terms of demanding gameplay, a nugget in terms of accomplishment … Hades it is to succumb to it immediately so as never to let go again before fulfilling the destiny of Zagreus, offspring of the God of the Underworld who wishes to go and see if the grass is not greener elsewhere. Dishonored & Prey: The Arkane Collection (PS4, Xbox One) – € 24.99
Four games, admittedly old, for the price of one: it is the promise of Dishonored & Prey: The Arkane Collection, a compilation bringing together Dishonored, Dishonored 2, Dishonored: Death of the Outsider and Prey. That is to say four games which stack obvious qualities, starting with original and particularly inspired universes. Spoiler: it’s the studio behind Deathloop who developed this quartet.
Cyberpunk 2077 (PS5, PS4, Xbox) – € 15.99
What is coming here Cyberpunk 2077, highly anticipated game but who has particularly disappointed since its launch? Let’s say it’s a bet on the future. At less than 20 €, you are also acquiring the new generation version (the upgrade is free) scheduled for this year and which could allow CD Projekt Red’s RPG to regain its reputation a little. At worst, Cyberpunk 2077 has now received enough updates to provide a decent gaming experience.
