(AOF) – 2CRSi, designer and manufacturer of high-performance energy-efficient IT solutions, announces the early repayment of the balance of the convertible bond taken out in December 2022. This convertible bond issue, not bearing interest, in the amount of 2, 4 million euros had been subscribed to European investors with a maturity of December 28, 2024. The amount repaid on Friday, November 17 was 1.201 million euros, settling all of the bonds that had not been converted.
The number of shares created by the converted bonds is 1,065,927, bringing the share capital of 2CRSi to 1.70 million euros divided into 18,952,079 shares.
