Since Thursday, December 9, three 15-year-old girls have disappeared in Estaires, in the North. They were last seen near their high school.
For 4 days, three young girls aged 15 – Athénaïs, Soraya and Kélia – disappeared in the town of Estuaries, located in Hauts-de-France. They have been wanted since Thursday morning, and have not given any sign of life since. The teenagers were last seen near the Lycée Val-de-Lys in the morning, around 9 a.m.
The only clues linked to their disappearance are their belongings – two coats and a school bag – found in a shopping cart near the Carrefour supermarket. Two of the three young girls live with foster families. According to the first results of the survey, several elements led the police to seriously consider the possibility of a runaway.

One of the teenage girls, Kelia Assasse, would have arrived late for school that day, and therefore could not have entered class. But after this incident, the young girl would not have returned home and would not have given any news to her family. The girl’s father said:
The establishment called me and I tried to reach her, but her phone was switched off in the morning. I contacted the Estaires gendarmerie directly to let them know, we are very worried.
Kélia’s family has since mobilized on social networks in order to find their daughter as quickly as possible, whose mobile phone has been located in Belgium.
Diana Fruleux, the mother of young Kélia, recently declared that several rounds had been organized in the towns neighboring the place of their disappearance, but which until then had remained unsuccessful. She also deplored the lack of dissemination of a kidnapping alert, the police favoring for the moment the thesis of the fugue.
For the moment, no lead has been ruled out by the police, who are actively pursuing the search to find the three young girls.
