The latter published the results of their analyzes in theEuropean Journal of Nutrition on September 15.

This new study focuses on the habits of 854 people with a so-called balanced diet, a large proportion of whom snack regularly. A quarter of them opt for foods that are not recommended to avoid weight gain and maintain a flat stomach, such as chips for example, or even sodas or even sweets. But if the products chosen are of better quality, then snacking is not necessarily one of the “unfavorable blood cardiometabolic or anthropometric markers”. But you still have to choose them carefully! Thus, the researchers assert that the nut and more generally seeds are products adapted to the situation, in the same way as fruits or even the fresh vegetables.
