Released this week in dark rooms, “Spider-man: Across the Spider-verse” was praised by the French press.
Five years after Spider-man: Into the Spider-Verse, viewers can discover Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse at the cinema since Wednesday. A long-awaited sequel since the first film had won the Oscar for best animated film and garnered nearly 385 million dollars in worldwide revenue.
This feature film, which features Miles Morales, an African-American and Puerto Rican teenager bitten by a radioactive spider, had won over both the public and the critics, as evidenced by its press ratings (4.2/5) and spectators ( 4.4/5) on AlloCiné.
Suffice to say that this sequel was expected at the turn and had to take up the challenge of doing as well as its model. We can say that the bet is won since Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse harvests the note of 4.1/5 on the press side, while the public acclaims it with an average of 4.5/5.
