The British-Dutch actress Audrey Hepburn, born in Belgium in 1929, celebrated her first major Hollywood success in 1953 with “A Heart and a Crown” in the role of Princess Ann, who roams Rome as an unrecognized tourist with Gregory Peck. The beautiful everyday look of the 1950s with a rolled-up blouse, a scarf and a wide, tight-waisted bell skirt still inspires today. She immediately won an Oscar for the romance.
