For good reason, it does not follow the same model as that introduced with Origins. Instead, it attempts to return to the origins of the franchise. We don’t necessarily have the impression of returning to the first hours of the saga, but the result is still satisfying. As proof, in our columns, we gave it a nice 7/10. So it’s a pleasant surprise to see it in these Free Play Days on Xbox Game Pass.
The problem is that you will not be able to complete the adventure offered by the new opus. Indeed, just like Cyberpunk 2077, Xbox Game Pass offers a free trial. The only difference with CD Projekt Red’s RPG is that Assassin’s Creed Mirage only lasts two hours. It’s a little meager compared to five hours, but it’s still plenty.
