The next Call of Duty will indeed be a sequel to Modern Warfare 2019. Infinity Ward unveiled the MW2 logo with a short teaser of a few seconds.
Ever since that announcement, fans have been eager to learn more about the game’s content, cards to the different modes and of course the future weapons available in MW2.
The first Modern Warfare 2 of 2009 is a very symbolic Call of Duty for the community. It is in particular thanks to its multiplayer and its legendary arsenal that players have been able to spend days and nights on MW2.
A few weeks before the trailer for the next opus, here are six MW2 weapons that we would like to find on Modern Warfare 2 version 2022.
RCA
The ACR was a formidable power assault rifle on MW2 (2009) multiplayer. Its accuracy and damage have made it one of the favorite weapons of players and many would like to find the ACR on the next Call of Duty.
According to latest leaks, it would even be on the right track. A CoD license leaker had said that the assault rifle and another sniper from MW2 will be back in Modern Warfare 2 (2022).
famas
The Famas is another assault rifle that we would like to see again on the future MW2. This burst weapon did countless damage in multiplayer in 2009. Its atypical style and insane damage left an impression. Moreover, it is a weapon of French manufacture!
The AR had returned to MW 2019 under the name FR 5.56. There is a good chance that we will once again find the Famas on the next Call of Duty.
UMP 45
The silent UMP45… This combo tormented fans in 2009. The power and stability of the SMG were impressive, a little too much.
It would surely be necessary to revise the weapon if it were to come back on the next MW2. What is certain is that the UMP 45 is a legendary submachine gun and many players would be happy to find the UMP 45.
Intervention
The Intervention revolutionized Call of Duty gameplay in its own way. The precursor to trickshots made the whole community dream and it was not only used to do 360s in the senses.
