AER.N fell 3.3% to $65.45 in aftermarket trading as General Electric Co GE.N to divest its remaining stake
**AER says GE will sell ~26.7 million shares in secondary offering
**If the over-allotment option of ~4 million shares is exercised, GE will no longer hold any ARE shares
**As part of the offering, AER will repurchase approximately $500 million of shares from the underwriters with available cash
**Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, BofA and JP Morgan act as joint bookrunners; the offer price is expected to be set later this evening
**AER stock closed Monday up 1.3% at $67.70
** Shares have risen about 14% since the company on Oct. 27 raised its full-year profit forecast and announced a new $500 million share repurchase program
