Actress Hilary Duff and her husband Matthew Koma are currently looking forward to the birth of their third child together. But this apparently completes family planning. The musician underwent a vasectomy and shared pictures of the procedure.

Matthew Koma, 36, announced this himself on social media. Duff has been married to the musician since 2019, together they have two daughters: Banks, 5, and Mae, 2, and are looking forward to their third baby. Duff also has a son from his marriage to ice hockey player Mike Comrie, 43: Luca, 11. Koma documents the procedure in the hospital on his Instagram account.

On the way to the clinic, he shares a selfie from the car with the caption “It’s vasectomy day!” Further photos show him in the hospital. After the procedure, he posted another selfie and wrote: “10/10. I would recommend.” Vasectomy is a permanent method of contraception for men. During the sterilization procedure, the vas deferens are severed.
“Better than going to the dentist”
Matthew Koma says the procedure was less painful than he expected. “To be honest, it wasn’t that bad,” said the singer-songwriter. “It’s definitely better than going to the dentist.” He admits to feeling “very high” even though he has never taken a drug in his life. He then also shared a photo of Hilary Duff, who appeared to be driving her lover home after the procedure, and captioned it, “Hot nurse.”
