Like many cooperative games, and as is the case in Rainbow Six: Siege, Extraction players will have the choice between several characters to complete their missions. In total, 18 Agents, all from Siege and the franchise in general, will be playable, with diverse and varied skills. The goal is obviously to create the best team, the most complementary possible, in order to be the most efficient.
The choice of Agent will therefore be essential, especially if you are not familiar with this universe. Alibi
Can deploy decoy from drones to distract enemies in the area. Enemies that attack the decoy are scanned.
Weapons → Mx4 Storm SMG, submachine gun available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
Capitão
Fires silent tiles that explode on impact. Can alternate between smoke and poison tiles.
Weapons → PARA-308, assault rifle available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
Doc
Uses his healing pistol to heal himself or revive himself or his teammates when in critical condition.
Weapons → SG-CQB, shotgun available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
Ela
Launches adhesive proximity mines that incapacitate enemies affected by the blast. Mines recharge over time.
Weapons → Scorpion EVO 3, submachine gun available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
Finka
Temporarily boosts the reactivity and survivability of the team. Revives any teammate in critical condition, and teammates always go into critical condition while the ability is active.

FUZE
Deploys remotely activated explosive charges to walls and barricades, which unleash frag grenades on the other side of the bulkhead upon activation.

Gridlock
Throws and deploys traps on the ground. Enemies affected by a trap take damage and have their movement speed reduced for a few moments.

Hibana
Fires remotely activatable explosives that can adhere to all types of surfaces and deal anti-armor damage.
Weapons → TYPE-89, assault rifle available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
IQ
Detects REACT equipment through obstacles.
Weapons → AUG A2, assault rifle available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
JÄGER
Deploys an automatic turret that attacks enemies and intercepts projectiles in the area.
Weapons → M870, shotgun available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
Lion
Detects all moving enemies within an area for a short time. Must be recharged after each use.
Weapons → V308, assault rifle available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
Nomad
Fire proximity mines that knock back enemies caught in the blast. Also cleans the area of hidden dangers.
Weapons → AK-74M, assault rifle available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
Pulse
Detect VIPs, missing agents and enemy nests through obstacles.
Weapons → M1014, shotgun available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
Rook
Removes a bag of skid plates providing damage resistance. When wearing a plate, an agent will always go into critical condition instead of going out of action.

Sledge
Get equipped with a formidable tactical mass capable of incapacitating parasites as well as destroying partitions in order to create new exits.

Smoke
Launches remotely activatable gas grenades that deal damage to enemies inhaling the gas.
Weapons → L85A2, assault rifle available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
Tachanka
Deploys a mounted submachine gun usable by all operatives.
Weapons → SASG-12, semi-automatic shotgun available from the start of the game. Other weapons will be unlocked over time
Vigil
Disrupts enemies so that it becomes undetectable for a short time. Must be recharged after each use.
