Despite the increasing number of corona infections, bands and musicians are planning their tours. These shows can be experienced in Germany in 2022.

The corona pandemic still has the world firmly in its grip because of the omicron variant. Nevertheless, many bands and artists are planning big tours this year. Top acts from every genre have filled their 2022 diaries. We can look forward to these tours:

Top acts on the really big stages

Harry Styles (27) recently announced the new dates of his “Love On Tour 2022” – with four dates in June and July in Germany. Billie Eilish (20) will be visiting Germany in 2022 with three concerts on her “Happier Than Ever” tour – all of which are already sold out. Coldplay are going on a big “Music of the Spheres” world tour in 2022. In July the band comes to Germany for several concerts. Ed Sheeran (30) is also honoring us in July and September with four shows on his “+-=÷x” tour. The Red Hot Chili Peppers will also be there with two events in July. Superstar Alicia Keys (40) gives five concerts in Germany in June and July.

Elton John (74) says goodbye to the stage with his last tour: In May he will be a guest for two concerts in Germany. Also Kiss give their last tour. The “End Of The Road” world tour takes the band to Germany for four concerts in June. Norwegian pop group a-ha will play six shows in May. Scooter will start their “God Save The Rave” arena tour through Europe in Germany in March – with twelve concerts in their home country until August.

Queen + Adam Lambert (39) will give three concerts in June, the Foo Fighters can be experienced once in Berlin in the same month. Guns N’ Roses are playing two shows in Germany in July. OneRepublic will come to Germany for two concerts in April. Despite health problems, Celine Dion (53) is planning five shows on her “Courage” tour in June and July. Bryan Adams (62) is touring live in Europe with his “So Happy It Hurts” tour and stopping in Germany on five dates in March.

Pop star Helene Fischer (37) will only be back on the stage in 2023, in 2022 she will only give one concert in August in Munich. Will she also sing a duet with Robbie Williams (47)? The singer’s declared fan will also play a single concert in Munich in August – and thus announces one of his biggest shows.

For the rockers

From May, Udo Lindenberg (75) will go on his “Udopium Live” tour through Germany with more than 20 shows. The Toten Hosen are celebrating their 40th anniversary with many concerts starting in June under the motto “Everything out of love”. Herbert Grönemeyer’s (65) album “Mensch” was released 20 years ago. The singer is also celebrating this occasion with a big tour starting in May. Peter Maffay (72) starts his “So Far” tour in February, as does Santiano with her “When the Cold Comes” shows. Tocotronic will be on tour through Germany from March.

Simple Minds play a total of 15 shows throughout the year on their anniversary tour “Celebrating 40 Years of Hits Live”. British rocker Billy Idol (66) will be in Germany for six concerts in June and July. The US band Imagine Dragons will also be honoring us with three events in June and July. In February and March, the Irish group The Script will be performing eight dates.

Sunrise Avenue are in Germany on twelve dates in April and May. In June, My Chemical Romance will stop in Germany for three days on their world tour. The Scorpions will play six concerts in Germany in June. Placebo are back on stage and can be seen with us on four evenings in October and November. During the same period, The Cure will also be guests with seven shows.

For Schlager, Country and Schunkel fans

From April, Florian Silbereisen (40) will go on a big tour of Germany with “The Big Schlagerfest.XXL – The Party of the Year”. Roland Kaiser (69) starts his “Summer Open Air 2022” in June, his birthday tour begins in October. From the end of September, Michelle (49) can be seen in several German cities.

Howard Carpendale (76) will catch up on his “The Show of My Life” tour from February. Actor and country singer Kiefer Sutherland (55) is in Germany on five dates in February. The Kelly Family will go on a big arena tour from November under the title “The Kelly Family – The Mega Christmas Show”.

For the singer/songwriter and pop devotees

Pop star Olivia Rodrigo (18) will play three shows in Germany in June. James Blunt (47) is a guest on 16 dates from March. Shawn Mendes (23) is stopping by for five concerts in March and April on his “Wonder” world tour. Dua Lipa (26) will come to Germany on four dates in May. At 81, Tom Jones is still on stage. In July and August he comes to us for four concerts. Rag’n’Bone Man (36) is visiting us for four shows in March.

Sarah Connor (41) will make up some dates for her “Herz Kraft Werke” tour in the spring, and from May she will go on a big summer tour. Joris (32) starts his “Welcome Goodbye” tour through Germany in mid-May. Clueso (41) begins his “Album” tour in September.

Singer-songwriter LEA (29) can be seen on her tour from October. Alvaro Soler (31) makes 15 stops in Germany on his European tour – in March, June, July, August and September. From May Wincent Weiss (29) will play his “Maybe someday” tour. Michael Patrick Kelly (44) will be on tour through Germany from September.

For the head nods

The Fantastischen Vier will catch up on their “Forever 30 Years Live” tour from May, and their big Open Air 2022 will start in July. Shindy (33) will go on a big “Forever” arena tour in April and May. Bonez MC (36) is on his first arena solo tour from April. Apache207 (24) can be seen in several German cities from August.

From November, Kontra K (34) will go on his “The Sun Against” tour. Rapper Marteria (39) starts his “full contact” concerts in May. Arrest warrant (36) will be on his “black and white tour” from March. From April, the Antilopen Gang will be going full throttle with their “Aufbruch Aufbruch” tour.

For metal fans

Iron Maiden will be on a world tour with “Legacy Of The Beast” in 2022 – in Germany they will give five concerts in July. Parkway Drive are touring the world this year, in Germany for seven shows in September.

Nightwish are in Germany for eight concerts in November and December. Limp Bizkit play four shows with us in July and August. Judas Priest celebrate their 50th anniversary with an extended tour – also on six dates in June, July and August in Germany.
