It’s been a month and a half now Halo Infinite is available on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and S. And now more than two that Xbox offers to play multiplayer in free-to-play across all of these platforms. Inevitably, this highly anticipated game attracted people, lots of people.
343 Industries just communicated on the attendance figures, and they are enormous. There was at this time over 20 million players who have tried the experience, which mechanically makes Halo Infinite the “biggest launch in Halo franchise history”. Of course, integration into Xbox Game Pass right out of the box and the free online version must have helped inflate that number quite a bit, but it’s still impressive. A great way also to symbolically celebrate the 20 years of success of the saga celebrated at the end of last year.
You too can join the Halo Zeta via the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at €12.99 per month.
