(CercleFinance.com) – Altheora announces the interruption of the exclusive negotiations initiated at the end of 2021, within the framework of the proposed acquisition of Edel Tamp, the conclusions of a contradictory audit carried out by Altheora, in particular, having not made it possible to come to an agreement.
The company adds “lead its strategic plan to become the first efficient and responsible industrial ETI in the AURA region and confirms the execution of its roadmap to reach a turnover of 100 million euros in 2026”.
