PARIS, April 6 (Reuters) – Crédit Mutuel Arkéa announced in a press release on Wednesday the sale of a majority stake in payment solutions specialist Leetchi SA to the private equity fund Advent International.
The amount of the sale of Leetchi SA, which includes Leetchi and Mangopay, has not been disclosed.
