Prince Louis on “Trooping the Color”
Mama Kate has to speak a word of power with her youngest
Prince Louis and his siblings spent exciting hours on Thursday. The mini royals were allowed to play an important role in this year’s “Trooping the Color” parade. Little Louis in particular showed this when he appeared on the balcony of the palace.
After Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4, celebrated their carriage debut at this year’s “Trooping the Color” parade, it was yesterday, Thursday, June 2, 2022, for Prince’s children William, 39, and Duchess Catherine, 40, on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.
Along with their parents, Queen Elizabeth, 96, Prince Charles, 73, Duchess Camilla, 74, Prince Edward, 58, Countess Sophie of Wessex, 57, Lady Louise Windsor, 17, James, Viscount Severn, 14, Princess Anne, 71, Timothy Laurence, 67, Prince Richard, 77, Birgitte, Duchess of Gloucester, 75, Princess Alexandra, 85, and Prince Edward, 86, the Cambridge kids enchanted the cheering crowd.
Prince Louis is getting impatient – Duchess Catherine intervenes
But as the Royal Air Force air show drew to a close, Prince Louis grew impatient. The four-year-old kept making funny faces or trying to talk to his great-grandmother. The Queen took it easy, she kept bending down to Louis, smiling affectionately at him and giving short but apparently satisfying answers for the little one.
At some point, however, it became too loud for the youngest offspring of Kate and William, and Louis suddenly covered both ears, visibly frightened. Shortly thereafter he put both fingers in his mouth. His mother finally took this as an opportunity to speak a short but effective word of power with her son. A few seconds later, Louis seemed much more relaxed.
And even after that, Kate didn’t appear to have been upset about her son’s behavior at all. Leaving the balcony, she lovingly patted Louis’ head.
