While in Austria, since the IFM Group’s entry, the impression has been that the shares are now owned by an Australian pension fund, it turned out a few days ago that the shares were attributable to a trust company on the Cayman Islands. It is not known who are the beneficial owners behind it and where they get their money from. Money is being collected by an IFM Global Infrastructure Fund, but how this is connected to the Australian pension fund IFM Investors, which has so far presented itself as the representative of the whole construction, is open. IFM Investors has not yet commented on the exact construction.
