Kate Middleton covered in pearls: tribute to Elizabeth II for an irreproachable outing with William

It has now been two months since Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II died. His funeral was held on Monday September 19 at Westminster Abbey in London. Since then, tributes to the one who honored the country for 70 years follow one another in England.

This Saturday November 12 was held at the Albert Hall in London the annual festival of remembrance of the British Legion. Many guests participated in this event including the new British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak who came with his wife Akshata Murty and of course the members of the British royal family including King Charles III and his wife Camilla Parker Bowles, Queen consort, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, the Duke of Kent and Princess Alexandra of Kent, Princess Anne and her husband Sir Timothy Laurence or the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, meanwhile, did not attend the event.

Jewelry that Kate Middleton wears with elegance

During this celebration, Kate Middleton, dressed in black, wore the pearl necklaces and dangling earrings inherited from Queen Elizabeth II. A great way to pay tribute not only to her but also to the late Lady Diana since she herself had worn these same jewels on certain occasions. The late Lady Di and Kate Middleton have in common to have been and to be both, princesses of Wales. These jewels were made from pearls given to Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Philip at their wedding in 1947, a year before the birth of their son Charles. These jewels are therefore very symbolic for Queen Elizabeth II, who wore them several times during her 70-year reign, until her last breath on September 8. Kate Middleton had already worn the magnificent necklace of Elizabeth II during her funeral.

was worn again this Sunday, November 13 during the celebration of the Armistice (Remembrance Sunday Service) in London.
