After the kidnapping of her bulldogs, Lady Gaga is "devastated". The singer's father is also "worried sick" about the animals.

Lady Gaga (34, "Stupid Love") is still very concerned about her French bulldogs Koji and Gustav. The two four-legged friends were kidnapped in Los Angeles after an attack on their dog sitter in the night from Wednesday to Thursday (10 p.m. local time). The 30-year-old man was shot. "Lady Gaga is completely devastated," reports a source close to her "Entertainment Tonight". "Ryan is not only her dog sitter, but also a good friend. She is appalled by what happened and feels so helpless since she is in distant Rome at the moment." Her dogs are like children to her, the singer prayed for them.

Gaga's father Joe Germanotta (63) has also spoken out. "We're sick of worrying about the animals, it's just terrible. It's like someone kidnapped one of your children," he told the New York Post. He has spoken to his daughter about the attack several times. He tries to comfort her and to persuade her well, so Germanotta.

Surveillance video surfaced

The US portal "TMZ" now has a surveillance video from a neighbor showing the attack. The two perpetrators drive in a white car, the neighbor suspects a Nissan, approaches the dog sitter, overpowers him and kidnaps two of the three bulldogs. The third dog, Asia, escaped and was later rescued by the police.

The exact reason for the attack is not yet known. Lady Gaga is currently in Rome for filming. Dog sitter Ryan is said to be on the mend, he was rushed to hospital after the incident. For new information, tips or even the return of her dogs, the singer offers a reward of 500,000 US dollars (around 409,000 euros).
