After the media whirlwind induced by the presentation of the Find N2, in December, the calm of this beginning of the year 2023 is conducive to the emergence of new leaks concerning this time the Oppo Find X6, the manufacturer’s next spearhead. Positioned on the high end, the device materializes once again through, this week, some leaked documents on the Chinese social network Weibo.

Relayed by GSMArenathey inform us about the technical sheet of the three supposed versions of the machine, including that of the Oppo Find X6 Pro.

As the specialized site reminds us, the device should be presented by Oppo next month in China. At this stage, however, we do not know the price of its different versions, but we can expect a price positioning similar to that adopted last year for this series. The Oppo Find X5 Pro was notably marketed at 899 euros in France.

Three expected versions, with quite different technical sheets

But let’s get to the heart of the matter. According to leaked documents, the Oppo Find X6 Pro would be available in two variants: the first equipped with a latest generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage ; the second equipped with a Dimensity 9200. The “non-Pro” model of the Find X6 would be satisfied for its part with an old generation Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and older RAM and storage standards… in the same way than the Pro model with the Dimensity 9200.

On the photo side, the three models would benefit from a main module of 50 Mpx, but would be armed differently in terms of sensors. The model under Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 would thus be equipped with a 1-inch Sony sensor (found for example on the Xiaomi 12S Ultra or the Vivo X90 Pro Plus), while the other two versions of the device would be satisfied with a Sony IMX890 1/1.56” sensor (installed for example on board the OnePlus 11).

Another difference: the Pro model under Dimensity 9200 would rely exclusively on this IMX890 sensor, for all of its rear modules, while the classic Find X6 would adopt an ISOCELL JN1 sensor for its ultra wide-angle and an IMX763 for its zoom.

The three versions of the Find X6 could, however, be based on a 3D ToF sensor and on features developed by Hasselblad. At the front, we would finally find a 32 Mpx IMX709 sensor on the three versions of the device. Finally, note that only the Pro models could rely on the ISP MariSilicon X2 chip, the classic model remaining visibly equipped with the first generation ISP signed Oppo.

What about the screen?

As for the display, we should find a 6.82-inch AMOLED and 120 Hz panel (made by Samsung) on the two Pro models, which would be powered by 5000 mAh batteries compatible with 100 W fast charging. and 50 W wireless charging. The two Pro versions could finally count on an IP68 certification offering resistance to water and dust.

The “non-Pro” model would be equipped with a 6.74-inch AMOLED and 120 Hz panel this time (manufactured by Tianma), and a 4800 mAh battery, compatible with 80 W fast charging and 30 W wireless charging. This model should also be water and dust resistant, without further details for the moment.
