The intervention of the firefighters was not enough to save the girl
The little girl drowned in the pool at the family home on the afternoon of Saturday June 17 and firefighters were quickly alerted. They intervened on the scene shortly after but they could not resuscitate the 3-year-old girl who died on the spot. The gendarmes also intervened on the spot and according to our colleagues from The Midi Dispatchan autopsy was requested by the prosecution to find out what really happened that afternoon.
