Nintendo has just revealed a new trailer for Super Mario Bros Wonder which should make fans even more excited to discover the game in October.
Mario fans should have a great end of the year. On Nintendo Switch, the remake of Super Mario RPG is scheduled for November 17, while Wario: Move It will arrive a few days earlier, on November 3. Obviously, the biggest piece of this last quarter is undoubtedly Super Mario Bros Wonder. We feel that with this opus, the Kyoto firm wants to reconnect with historic fans of the license, still attached to 2D. Before its release in October, Nintendo has just put a piece back into the machine to make players want to give in.
Super Mario Bros Wonder blows our minds
Big N is pulling out all the stops to ensure that Super Mario Bros Wonder attracts as many people as possible. The Kyoto company has just released a new trailer which summarizes everything that awaits the public in the platform game, starting with the scenario. At the start of the adventure, Mario and his friends are invited to the Kingdom of Flowers by Prince Florian. Unfortunately, the evil Bowser will merge with the kingdom and start spreading terror, as usual.
To push him back, Mario will be able to count on all his friends, who are also playable characters from Super Mario Bros. Wonder. In addition to the most famous plumber in the world, you will be able to play as Luigi, Peach, Daisy, yellow and blue Toad, Toadette, Yoshi and its red, yellow, light blue variations and finally the Nabbit rabbit. By choosing to play Nabbit or Yoshi, the experience will be easier since these two characters are immune to damage and have special abilities.
The trailer also highlights several new features, such as the ability to transform into an elephant, which will allow it to project water to reach new areas or to repel projectiles with its trunk. Thanks to another new ability, players will also be able to create bubbles capable of capturing enemies and transforming them into coins. Bubbles can also serve as a springboard to reach otherwise inaccessible places. Finally, by equipping a drill to his head, Mario will be able to attack enemies above him or even sneak through the ground.

Another novelty and not the least, adds an RPG component to the whole.
