(CercleFinance.com) – The Financial Markets Authority announces that it has been informed of the conclusion, on April 25, 2024, of a concert agreement with the company PEUGEOT INVEST between the companies Sycomore Asset Management and Moneta Asset Management as a result of which the said shareholders declared having crossed, in concert with ADAM, upwards, on April 25, 2024, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company PEUGEOT INVEST and holding, in concert with ADAM, 6.41% of the capital and 3.55% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the declaration of a concerted action between the declarants.
