New brand and new idea, surprising to say the least, in the world of cooling: a way to further increase the prices of AiO ?
There is little chance that you know the TRYX brand. Founded last year in Shanghai, the Chinese company already presents a variety of products, including a host of PANORAMA Exhibition Areas.
Alongside cases and fans, the PANORAMA Exhibition Area are the most original of the first TRYX products. They exist in 6 variants, with a surprising accessory to say the least on the water block.
To make light of the competition?
Last February, we were a little surprised to see the ST060 from the Lamptron brand, a company specializing in cooling and looking to stand out from the competition.
To do this, the ST060 integrated a real LCD screen with a diagonal of 6 inches, capable of displaying Full HD images. All this on top of the cooler! Well, TRYX takes this idea to distinguish itself from the regulars of AiO watercooling.
You will rightly tell us that in the world of AiO, screens are not really a new thing, and the ROG Ryujin even have a certain lead in the field. But TRYX has more ideas…
6.5-inch curved AMOLED panel
Rather than being satisfied with a “simply” LCD screen and a diagonal of “only” 3.5 inches like on the ASUS ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB, TRYX has integrated a monster of technology.
Not only does the PANORAMA Exhibition Area screen measure 6.5 inches diagonally, but it also includes an AMOLED panel for superb images, and even crazier, it is a curved panel. The idea here is that once the AiO is in place, the watercooling screen is in front of the user. Of course, a “windowed” case is essential.
For the rest, it is a question of an Asetek pump of 8e generation with radiators of 240, 280 or 360 millimeters. Two variants exist for each size, depending on whether the fans are RGB or not. We do not yet have a marketing date, but thus equipped, the PANORAMA Exhibition Area will not be the most accessible of the AiOs.
We are talking about prices ranging from 2,099 yuan (274 euros) to 2,599 yuan (339 euros) for the PRO version without LED on the fans, and from 2,199 yuan (287 euros) to 2,699 yuan (352 euros) for RGB versions.
