a huge set has leaked, it’s madness

LEGO continues to impress with the introduction of new sets, each one more beautiful than the last. Thus, this new addition is likely to appeal to superhero fans.

It is well known that LEGO has a long love affair with various collaborations. It is therefore not surprising that the Danish company once again offers us a set linked to the Marvel universe, featuring a large number of superheroes.

Leak of an epic set for LEGO

Excitement reigns in the world of LEGO enthusiasts: a first glimpse of LEGO Avengers Tower has been revealed via a leak. Under the serial number 76269, this next Marvel creation will be the largest of the year in the theme, with more than 5,200 bricks, standing more than 89 cm high, and also including an impressive number of… 31 minifigures!

The wait is almost over. LEGO Avengers Tower, the final 2023 set we’ve been waiting to see revealed, makes its first appearance on the first day of New York Comic Con. This new Avengers Tower should be the last building in the Marvel Universe for the year. It will adopt the same baseplate system as that of previous sets such as the Daily Bugle and the Sanctum Sanctorum. LEGO base plates essentially serve as stable platforms on which bricks are attached to build vertical models, particularly stabilizing large constructions.

A big piece

Made up of 5,200 parts, it will be significantly larger than the two previous models. Moreover, the whole thing is not based on a single MCU film, but rather takes a global approach. The set will include a pretty crazy 31 different characters, a first for the LEGO Marvel line. This is actually quite rare for any set. Since this is Avengers Tower, our cast of heroes will include Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Falcon, Vision, Antman, the Wasp, and even the Hulk.

But supporting characters such as Pepper Potts, Nick Fury and Helen Cho will also be there, along with four Chitari soldiers and Loki. Unfortunately, we don’t yet have the full list of 31 minifigures. But it still promises to be heavy. Even the Star Wars universe has rarely had the right to such a large number of characters in a single set.

The new LEGO Avengers Tower will be available in stores next month. LEGO set number 76269 will be priced at $524.99. Yes, it’s a significant investment. When you’re a Marvel fan, it’s a bit of a purchase of a lifetime on the LEGO side, you have to admit.
