She was favored by this little “je ne sais quoi”. On December 16, Eve Gilles, Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais, was elected Miss France 2024 at the end of an evening rich in emotions. On the theme of the Miss music box, the 20-year-old young woman offered breathtaking parades, before climbing into the top 5 where she finally won the crown. A great television moment for her which highlighted her differences, such as her short hair or her slender figure which subsequently earned her a wave of harassment on social networks.
“I struggled with these criticisms at first. Afterwards, I was very well supported, so I easily managed to get past that”she assured on the set of What an era!, of which she was the guest, Saturday December 23. Especially since Eve Gilles believes that she was not unworthy during her coronation. “I am not the most beautiful woman in France, but maybe I have a little thing that can’t be explained”, she said to Léa Salamé. And to add: “I want the French to have the same spirit towards me. They don’t know why I’m there in the first place, but I have this little thing that appeals to them.”

A very complete program for the 20-year-old young woman, who however immediately clarified things with the journalists by specifying the question to which she would refuse to answer during her reign: whether or not she has a person who shares his life. “That’s the one question I’ll never answer.
